 Kick it up a notch and bring your family to Ellicott City Fitness and Karate at 8001 Hillsborough Road for fun and fitness right before Thanksgiving - and you'll help a critically ill child to boot! On Saturday November 22nd, from 11am to 4pm, the day will be filled with FREE karate and tae-bo demos, refreshments, group pilates and more! There will be entry fees for kick-a-thons, bust-a-thons, punch-a-thons, obstacle courses and raffles with prizes with the proceeds benefitting programs of the Casey Cares Foundation for critically ill children and their families.
